The tweet says it all. The update was posted by Chris Anderson, editor of Wired. Perhaps he is baiting us but nevertheless it’s the first rumor of its kind so what the heck.

Apparently Chris was told by a T-Mobile manager that the iPhone 3GS would be coming to the carrier. Why the company would be getting the year old model of the iPhone instead of the current device is beyond me. I guess that’s why they call it a rumor.

WIND Mobile appears to beginning training for the Motorola Milestone XT720, according to this internal screenshot.  No word yet on pricing, or on a release date, although rumor has it they will be launching the Milestone around September 23.

This device is slated to run Android 2.1, feature a 3.7 inch display with a resolution of 480×854, WiFi, 8MP camera, and will record in 720p.  The Milestone would become one of the highest-end phones for the Canadian mobile provider.

Google Voice users have been asking for it, and now Google has delivered.  Now, Google Voice will send missed called notifications to either your Voice inbox, your email inbox, or both. This can be set up from the Calls tab in the Voice Settings menu.

That’s an interesting tweet that Comex sent out earlier today in reply to someone offering him to donate money when he releases a jailbreak for iOS 4.1. While we were set to believe that Comex would be on top of the iOS 4.1 jailbreak, it seems that we should hold our excitement.

I do believe Comex is working on a 4.1 jailbreak. And if he’s not, the tone of his tweet might suggest that someone else has a potential exploit for iOS 4.1 and that indeed the jailbreak will not come from him. Read More
